The STEELMAN 60754 18-Piece Split Die Bolt and Screw Repair and Rethreading Kit is designed to remove the worry of cross threading by allowing repairs to begin behind damaged threads. By starting the repair on undamaged threads you can ensure a continuous repair that is perfectly aligned with the original threads. Made of hardened high carbon and chromium steel, these dies feature dual indexing pins that ensure correct tooth alignment and hold the tool straight and secure during use. Kit includes 18 individual dies to fit M5-0.80, M6-1.0, M8-1.0, M8-1.25, M9-1.0, M9-1.25, M10-1.0, M10-1.25, M10-1.50, M11-1.50, M12-1.25, M12-1.50, M12-1.75, M14-1.25, M14-1.50, M16-2.0, M20-2.50, and M24-3.0 metric bolts, studs, lugs, machine screws and other fasteners.
